Did you know that cardiac arrest is the 3rd leading cause of death in King County and stroke is the 5th? Come learn how to be prepared in case someone near you experiences this health event.
King County Emergency Medical Services and the University of Washington Public Health undergraduate capstone students are providing this free one-hour workshop to teach how to perform “hands-only” CPR (no mouth-to-mouth resuscitation). You’ll also learn how to identify stroke symptoms and what happens when you call 9-1-1.
Come dressed to move and prepare to be on the floor.

CPR/Stroke Workshop for Seniors @ Lake Forest Park Library

Did you know that cardiac arrest is the 3rd leading cause of death in King County and stroke is the 5th? Come learn how to be prepared in case someone near you experiences this health event. King County Emergency Medical Services and the University of Washington Public Health undergraduate capstone students are providing this free one-hour workshop to teach how to perform “hands-only” CPR (no mouth-to-mouth resuscitation). You’ll also learn how to identify stroke symptoms and what happens when you call 9-1-1.
Come dressed to move.

There are numerous referral groups out there, but we want to meet only those people who work with Boomers & Elders.

The first two meetings are free.

    I am interested in presenting seminars that educate folks on the benefits and cost savings of pre-planning all cemetery arrangements. Question and answer forum on existing plans, how to document requests and “Your Life, Your Legacy” information to honor each life and provide stories to carry to generations to follow…

    I would like to get involved in marketing and networking in the area. I work with Yamhill Valley Home Health based in McMinnville, but we cover Yamhill County, as well as Marion County and Washington County.

      Most of the Networking Meetings are open and no RSVP needed- simply show up and start networking. Yamhill County Network, SPIN Portland, and SSN-Salem meetings.
