Most people don’t gather with strangers to talk about death. Well, that’s exactly what we do at Death Cafe. Join us!
At Death Cafe we dive right into the topic of death. “The Death Cafe model was developed by Jon Underwood and Sue Barsky Reid, based on the ideas of Bernard Crettaz,” Deathcafe.com.
Come join others in a safe and relaxing environment and we’ll sit together, drink coffee and tea, nosh on some finger food and cake, and of course, talk about death. *Potluck style.
Death Cafe is a growing international movement. Conversation about whatever is on your mind regarding death takes place in small groups or in one circle, depending on the size of the group.
“Our objective is ‘to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives’.” – DeathCafe.com
There is no fee to attend.
