Join local writer and teacher Jinnene Foster to explore the power of journaling for personal self-reflection and healing during social distancing.
Get a series of reflective prompts for short writing sessions. We’ll share our written reflections (sharing optional!) and engage in brief discussions in a small-group setting.
This workshop is great for those looking to brainstorm how writing can help one cope with life’s current challenges.
