The general principles of mindfulness are acceptance, purpose and doing what needs to be done. When we connect to our breath, we create a moment of pause, a chance to restore. It allows time for insight and helps us move forward. This workshop will introduce the art of mindfulness, suggesting a simple, ongoing practice.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Silver Kite Community Arts is offering daily online inter-generational workshops, talks, social hours and performances FREE for KCLS patrons. We hope that by offering these opportunities, we are providing stimulating creative engagement opportunities and social connection during this challenging time. These workshops last approximately one hour.
