Powerful Self: LGBTQIA2S+ Lives Today @ Portland Art Museum | Portland | Oregon | United States

Join Kristin Bayans, the Museum’s Manager of Interpretive Media, Object Stories storytellers, and guests as they discuss the Object Stories gallery featured exhibition – Powerful Self: LGBTQIA2S+ Lives Today. This exhibition showcases personal objects and stories of resilience and joy from intergenerational members of local gay and queer communities in their pursuit to live as their most authentic selves. Afterwards, meet the exhibition’s storytellers as they lead talks in the gallery.

Art and Conversation is free for adults 62 and over and is made possible through the Marguerite and Harry Kendall Education Fund. Additional support comes from Rick and Erika Miller.
