We are ex Nike Creative Directors who are bringing cremation into the digital age with our new brand, SOLACE. A simple, modern and honest alternative to traditional funeral experience designed with the family in the center. We are are digital first, human powered, technology enabled solution for end of life care. We are on a mission to bring a dying industry into the 21st century through the power of design. Urn design is typically mediocre at best and we believe they should be beautiful and functional. We have partnered with 6 local artists and makers to re-imagining the urn. Objects of Love will be a show featuring these designs – crafted using traditional ceramic, 3d printed porcelain, blown glass, wood and metal. The show is also scheduled to be part of an event in Seattle, Love & Death, on April 24th.
