Advantage Home Care takes on the responsibility of training, monitoring, and supervising caregivers. Independent caregivers may not have any formal medication, infection control, or safe transfer training, and do not have RN and management supervision. If your needs change, we update your schedule, care plan, and caregiver training. If a caregiver is unsatisfactory for some reason, we find a replacement for you. We are responsible and responsive to your needs. Additionally, Advantage Home Care conducts Oregon and National background checks, as well as sex offender checks and drug tests for all employees.

Our managers gather basic information by telephone to determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs. Then we schedule a no-charge, no-obligation assessment in your home to create a care plan tailored to your needs and wishes. We value a good balance between your independence and your ability to remain safe and comfortable in your own home. We create a care plan together, then send it to third party payers, if any, for approval. We believe home care should make your life easier, and more enjoyable. Therefore, we carefully match caregivers to you, and we strive to create long-term, stable schedules.
