In an effort to assist employers in the healthcare sector of our area, Willamette Workforce Partnership has created an industry survey specific to our region (Marion, Polk, Yamhill, & Linn Counties). The goal of this survey is to identify challenges in recruitment, retention, and finding workers who have the needed skills. Through this project, WWP hopes to:

• Identify the skills needed and local conditions that may make hiring difficult
• Provide information about the “how and why” behind workforce demand signals
• Engage the full network of stakeholders needed to identify and solve workforce problems
