About “Magic Moments”
The value of great customer service begins with recognizing and cultivating magic moments. These moments are created by incorporating our values into our daily routines, staff, settings, and processes. Just being friendly is not enough. Magical customer service happens when we routinely exceed our customer’s expectations by paying attention to every detail of the delivery of our products or services.
