Speaker: Dr. Anthony Chen, Director, Tacoma Piece County Health Department
The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically impacted long-term care services. While we are all anxious to get back to “normal,” will things ever be normal again? What will the next few months (late spring, summer and fall) look like in both best and worst-case scenarios. What will be expected of providers who serve older adults and individuals living with disabilities? What will be required of us to make sure that our services can continue so that this population can remain safe and secure at home in the long term?
