Next Meeting

March 16, 9am
Location: Rogue Valley Manor
Address:
1200 Mira Mar Ave, Medford, OR 97504

Speaker: Amy Schmidt
Topic: The 6 Working Genius – discussing Patrick Lencioni’s book

Everyone has natural talents when it comes to work. There are six different types of talents, or geniuses, and each of them is required for accomplishing any kind of endeavor.

Each of us has two areas that are considered our true geniuses or gifts. These activities give us joy, energy, and passion. AND Two of the six types of activities that rob us of joy and energy. Most of us aren’t very skilled in these areas.
– What are the 6 genius?
– How to spend more time on activities that bring us energy.
– Working with teammates to support and compensate each other.

Testimonial

“I must say, though, that the meetings have been very useful – and packed full of great information! Plus, I think it is great where so many professionals can get together and strategize to create better care for our patients..” Terry Tamraz, RN, BSN, CCM
