The Oregon Ombudsman program serves residents living in long-term care facilities by providing education, advocacy, complaint investigation and resolution. We accomplish this through the efforts of dedicated volunteer Ombudsmen who are trained and official representatives of the program. To report a concern or to learn more about volunteering contact our office.
