The Every County Marketing Exchange covers the Portland Metro and surrounding areas and is dedicated to providing support, education, and networking opportunities to professionals in the senior healthcare field. It is an exchange of ideas and best practices – informal and relaxed. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 3:00pm, alternating locations between the eastside and westside. As we step into 2026, there remains 2 openings – October (East) and November (West) – for communities to host. Hosting is a wonderful way to:

• Showcase your community and team
• Welcome peers into your space
• Build relationships and visibility in the senior care network
• Openings:  August – November, both east and west side

We also have sponsorship opportunities for 2026:

• Coffee Card Sponsor: Provide 10 gift cards ($5 each) for us to give to ECME members who bring a first-time guest
• MailChimp Sponsor: Cover our annual email service ($156)

Sponsors receive:

• 5 minutes at a meeting to share about their community
• A feature on the ECME website’s Sponsorship page
• Their logo in the weekly email for a full month
