Senior Service Network (SSN-Mid-Willamette Valley) – The staff of Retirement Connection coordinates the meeting. It is an open meeting for those serving the needs of seniors in the Salem area. Breakfast, speaker, and networking are provided; there is no cost to attend. Please invite those you feel may be interested. Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 9-10:30am. Bring a wrapped gift valued at around $10-15. (Great opportunity to recycle last year’s unwanted or joke gift). Gifts will be placed under the tree. Each participant will get a number. The person with #1 goes first to pick from under the tree. Each person can either pick a new gift from under the tree or steal a gift that someone else has already picked. There are rules though… a gift can only have three owners! This means a gift can only be stolen twice. The person with #1 can also choose at the end to let go of their gift and steal an open gift or end the game! You are NOT required to bring a gift. It is a fun holiday meeting but only those bringing a gift will exchange gifts. This is a great meeting to get to know others a bit better
